Goodness me what a couple of weeks I have had.
In a nutshell i can safely say i havent been as active, motivated or anything.... So about three weeks ago i managed to develop PVG (Pelvic Gurdle Pain) which is a condition really common in pregnant women which effects the pelvis and lower body region because your body is changing if your not careful you can develop this!
I spoke to my midwife and she referred me to a physio at the hospital where i joined a group of women to learn about various exercises and the background into why you might have developed it!
I came home with a back support and crutches.... great.
So this has meant i haven't been feeling amazing, barely exercised or been able to walk anywhere and because of my ever growing baby bump the weight is slowly creeping on and it was really getting me down! Chocolate has become my best friend...
I cant stress enough how important being happy with yourself can effect your everyday life pregnant or not so i think I'm going to go through some ideas and tips to keep yourself feeling good when your feeling low!
Im hoping i will start cheering up soon!
This is pregnancy!
