Another way I have enjoyed keeping fit is doing pregnancy yoga.
Granted i probably don't do it as much as i should do because it is highly recommended you do it to build up your pelvic floor muscles and keep yourself nice and ... nimble? for child birth! So coming into my second trimester i decided to start and i haven't gone to classes ive just used YouTube videos, one being by a lovely lady called Tammy who is SO GOOD! i haven't done yoga before this but i find it quiet tough still and her level and style works for me!
I don't feel like an expert (because i am not) but i have experienced it and i think it should be done by everyone! It keeps me calm and relaxes me and there is a segment at the end of the video (which is my favourite part because the video is so hard its great to get to the end) which has you doing breathing exercises and connecting with your baby.
Now going into my third trimester there are other videos i will be exploring and will talk about because I've noticed they focus on preparing for child birth!
